Sign-in with your preferred social login to unlock the full potential of Beyond Floods. Version 1.0 of this app provides comprehensive flood data for the entire New York City area at a property and neighborhood level. The best data sources have been leveraged by Beyond Floods to present Flood Outlook data, including FEMA regulatory information, for 1.1 million property structures in the five boroughs of NYC.
