Works like a hearing aid too! (5 stars)
Thanks to a review in TidBITS, I tried this app as a sort of hearing aid. It works quite well amplifying sound around you if you connect a headset instead of an external Speaker. It works well as a microphone input to my iPod amplifier also. I think it's a very handy app to have.

This will not work with the bluetooth

Needs Airplay (4 stars)
Works fine on my iPhone 4. Next update needs to connect to Airplay for wireless use. I'm aware that there would be a delay, but it would still be cool.
