Our iPhone app is your window into the largest crime-mapping and sex offenders website in the world, CrimeReports.com, giving you access to official crime information for over 600 participating law enforcement agencies across North America, and sex offender data for all 50 states. As an added feature, if your local agency is participating, you can sign-up for free, automated email crime alerts directly from your iPhone.

The CrimeReports app allows you to search the National Crime Map for information about crimes near your home, kids school or work by address, incident type, and customizable date range. All of our crime information comes directly from participating law enforcement agencies, ensuring you get the information you need to keep you and your family safe.

You can confirm that your local law enforcement agency is sharing data through our service by visiting www.CrimeReports.com. If youre not currently seeing data for your area you can request it from your agency with this app!

The CrimeReports iPhone app allows you to filter data by the following parameters:
oLocation Choose from your current location, any address in your Address Book, or simply type in a specific address
oDate choose from pre-set date ranges or create your own
oIncident type Choose to see any or all of the 14 incident types on the map, based on the FBIs uniform crime reporting categories
View recent neighborhood level crimes on the map, or in a list
View national sex offender data along-side crime in your neighborhood
Sign-up for free, automated email crime alerts
Request the participation of your local law enforcement agency if theyre not already on-board

Dallas crimes are public on internet but this app doesnt cover Dallas!

This app is useless (1 star)
I can't believe that when I downloaded this app, I go to use it and nothing shows up for any of the categories that I have selected. Pretty much crap, useless, and pointless when there are plenty of other options available on the app store…DELETED!
