Great…but… (3 stars)
When are you going to make an iPad app? I'd also like to see car rental reservation and hotel reservation info if booked through Southwest's website when logged in to rapid rewards.

Mobile Safari is more functional! (1 star)
I've uninstalled it because it is less convenient than a browser. It won't even produce the boarding pass. Even United's app does that and United blows. Good thing Southwest does most other things best.

I believe in you Southwest. You can make a functional app to aid in a customer flying not just someone searching for a flight or just wanting to check in. Even then Hipmunk, Kayak, or Southeest.com in Safari is better.
