'London 2012' is the perfect app, for those wanting information on the upcoming 2012 Olympic Games. When is a specific event beginning? Where is an event located? Who's leading the medal tally? This app will provide answers to each of your questions, plus more.

Major features include:

– Medal tally: An updated view of every participating countries medal tally, ordered in terms of greatest medal count (will update automatically following the commencement of the 2012 Olympic Games).
– Countdown: A 'second-by-second' countdown until the London 2012 opening ceremony.
– Schedule: A detailed view of all 19 days (25 July through to 12 August), with information on each event (time-slot, venue and qualification stage).
– Newsfeed: Content is constantly and automatically updated, detailing events regarding the 2012 Olympic Games.
– Venues: Provides content regarding any London 2012 venue. Allows you to identify: both your current location and the venue's location using in-built maps; specific information regarding the venue; and events scheduled at that location.
