For each cut we tell you:

* Typical ways it is cooked
* Other names it is called
* Good substitutes if you can't find it

* An extended description discussing the cut and many of the relevant facts about it

This app describing different cuts of meat is awesome. I find recipes, go to the market and then can't find what I want. Now at my fingertips are all the alternatives. Also love the suggestions on cooking and recipes. It's the best.
