PDF files can be opened in neu.Annotate from any application that supports the “Open with…” menu command. This includes Mail, Safari, MobileMe iDisk, Dropbox and many others. PDF files can also be imported using iTunes File Sharing and from Dropbox.

Annotated PDF files can be shared via email as well as exported to iTunes and Dropbox. Individual pages can also be shared in PNG and JPG formats, in addition to PDF.

One of the better PDF apps and works well with DropBox. Best part is renaming your PDF's. It's simple to rename, a feature that iBooks is lacking.

Could have done without! (4 stars)
It's good. Would be possible to have a moving toolbar. Something that I can move to the bottom of the screen. I think that would make it easier to use. Thanks!

Great application (5 stars)
When I first got the application the writing quality was average and it was really slow. Since then there have been many updates to improve the app. The writing is smooth and jotting down notes is easy to do even in a fast-paced class. There are definitely still some improvements (like working with the magnifier, and allowing to set defaults for pens and texts). But all-in-all the app has shown great improvement.
