This app has been an invaluable tool in my medical practice! Just to be able to converse with the individual rather than have a relative translate is more personal in addition to Not having any miscommunication has proven to allot me to provide the best care possible! Frustrating to use. (1 star)
When I try translating, it doesn't start listening until about 2 seconds after you press the translate button.

Update:
Ah, 2 years later, still not fixed. I ask "what's your name." It hears "your name". I have to speak to it as though it doesn't understand English very well. Ironic. Dropped from 2 stars to 1 star for still not fixing it.

Best translation app! (5 stars)
It works really well with voice recognition gets quite good results and gets better and better!
