One downside (3 stars)
While using local notifications is a plus for battery life, lack of push means that you must open the app for it to sync via iCloud. So if I set a reminder on my iPad, then head out with only my iPhone, I will not be reminded unless I open the app on my phone beforehand.

This is a huge issue and the one reason why I will use the default Apple Reminders app until this feature is added.

Really great app – I would love to dep

Perfect. Excellent. Brilliant. Simple. (5 stars)
I use other organizing tool and to do list apps, but this application hits the sweet spot between simplicity and power. Within a day it has already become an essential part of my routine. If there were six stars, I would award them.
