2/19 DOWNLOAD UPDATE: I am also on 3.1.3 and had download issues before but it is now FIXED. My app is working perfectly now.

I have a terrible commute so I've tried all the traffic apps. None of them have been worth the money or even my time because their info is just not up to date enough and it's usually wrong. Not all cameras that are available on their web site are available on this app, including the ones I want.
I would never have bought this if I had known. Useless for me.
