With SYNC Destinations, Ford owners now have the capability to get on-the-go access to their cloud-based SYNC Services account. Drivers can add, save and manage destinations like home, work, school, airport etc.

SYNC Destinations v3.6 now takes the experience to the next level by integrating with SYNC AppLink to download directions into the vehicle using simple voice commands. Users can also access traffic and incident reports while keeping their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road.

Note: Downloading turn-by-turn directions is available only on 2013 Model Year vehicles with SYNC Applink. 2012 Model Year vehicles equipped with Sync Applink will also be capable once updated (via USB upgrade). Please visit www.syncmyride.com for details of software update availability

Self-inflicted Wound Kills Potential Killer App (1 star)
This app holds such promise to us Ford/Lincoln owners with the Sync systems. It leverages the functionality and accessibility of a smart phone with the in-car system to make both better and work together in a more seamless manner.

But all of the work that went and continues to go into this app seems like as waste with the silly, ridiculous feature that disables the app when the car is in motion. It is a mind-boggling shot in the fo

If you have Ford Sync in your car, you need this app

Good, but could easily be improved (3 stars)
As I often do, I'm creating this rating to point out a flaw that is very annoying but could easily be fixed. The sign in screen has a little radio button that says "Remember me". If they could simply make that actually work, it would reduce the frustration i have with this app down to a "4 star" rating. I have to enter my username & password each time I go to use the app. Not cool.
