Dynamic Queues: Browse your entire music catalogue by any method and add the tracks with a simple swipe to your queue. A seamless list of tracks is gathered, allowing you to create the perfect soundtrack on the go.

Controls: Playback controls are on-screen throughout the app, equipped with fast and efficient gesture controls to put your entire library at your fingertips.

This release includes:
– Separate sections for audiobooks and podcasts under the playlist tab.
– Dedicated volume slider allowing smoother volume adjustments (adjustable with vertical double finger gesture).
– fix for album/artist alphabetical order
– General stability improvements.

Getting there! (3 stars)
The last update made the app much more stable and almost good enough to replace the native Music app. Almost.

The issues that are standing in the way:

– An "iTunes sync" dialog pops up now and then, and it takes a while to "Reload". Very annoying.
– Startup time is still slow. Granted, the app supports multitasking, but sometimes the app closes, requiring to wait for the start up.

Some work needed (4 stars)
Exceptional app. Beautiful interface. Some key features need work however.
– Incoming phone calls need to PAUSE playing music (instead of letting it play through silently in the background)
– Video support
– Bootlogo/popup needs to go (just have a settings button [make the artists, albums bars scrollable])
If those changes are made, then this is THE iTunes alternative. Worth the scratch.

Nice player, but (4 stars)
…what about the "Sound Check" feature? Both iTunes and iPod.app provide a pref for Sound Check which helps keep songs at a relatively similar amplitude. Use the program iVolume on the Mac to fine tune those levels.

Without that feature, we often need to monitor the volume manually… as drastic differences can occur from song to song.

So, please add Sound Check to Panamp if possible. Thanks.
