Fantastic! (5 stars)
I was pleasantly surprised with this app for the price. Almost 1500 questions with good rationales, and it's easy to customize and save quizzes….I would highly recommend this to anyone studying for the nclex, even if you don't use this book. Wish they had maternity and psych versions!

Best free NCLEX review period. (5 stars)
70% of nclex is med surg so this is the most important stuff. it's free and it's just as good if not better than ATI or Saunders.
