It's good. It's pretty, and you all way too high expectations. It never said they swam. It said IMGAGINE the fish swimming on your screen. It's definitely worth 99 cents.

Ok I was under the impression that the fish actually swim around on your screen & I'm not getting it to do that & very disappointed that I spent my money on this. I think my money should be refunded!!

I agree that I too thought that something would happen like fish actually swimming. This makes for ok wallpaper but I could find a picture of koi for that. Don't waste your money on this app.
