I purchased another program "iBites" which was simply terrible! This program, however, is user friendly, useful, and very well designed. I have been on WW for 9 years and have successfully kept the weight off. This app replaces all my mini notebooks I carried around all those years. I love that weight is graphable, nice encouragement!
