Sheearned her Certificate for Fitness Instruction and Exercise Science at University of California San Diego. She holds certifications in the Muscle Balance and Function Development program for health care providers, RKC Kettlebell Instruction and is a Certified Kettlebell-Functional Movement Specialist (CK-FMS).
Carolyn is the founder and owner of Body Rebuild exercise studio in Encinitas, CA, where the Body Rebuild system is used for all levels of training and fitness.
