I cannot, for the life of me, figure this app out. I consider myself a pretty sharp guy, but I can't see the internal logic behind the menus.

no intial set up directions. Why do i have to have high and low intervals set??????
I just wanted 1 minute intervals with 10 second rest periods. Impossible to figure out. The high and low
intervals have the main clock displaying those times and i don't even want them. uuuuugggghhhh.
