NOT Worth It (1 star)
Complete waste of an app. This version is horrible compared to the previous ones. It's like they fired the professional and hired an amateur to create the new version. No Muscle/Fitness tips like the older one. The same trainer for the entire app. No sound for any of the unorganized videos. But the worst part was the "beauty tips". Facial masks and dark circle make-up, come on… I would give it no stars if i could. Truly disappoin

The video routines don't even have sound. Might give 3 stars if I could hear the videos but the app is still horrible.

Wow (5 stars)
Great app. Video does have sound and voice. Very thorough. He tells you what to eat, how to workout, and over a 12 week period. I havnt noticed any issues and have no clue what others are complaining about.
