Too many downsides (1 star)
1. No calorie counting diet available. No way to log food or set daily calorie intake.
2. Available diets can't be customized to the person's own taste. For instance if the diet calls for avocados and you don't like avocados then you're screwed.
3. No exercise plan. No way to log exercising.
