No crystals just pay pay pay (1 star)
the ONLY way to get crystals is to buy them. These games typically give you 1 crystal etc as you level, this one does not. Bummer, this could have been a good app. Don't mind spending money on these games but if the devs don't give neither do I.

Money sink (1 star)
1) If I pay 4000 coins to build a room, I shouldn't have to pay another 1500 to complete each of the construction steps.
2) The animations freeze or don't work most of the time, so I end up with all these people standing around with stupid expressions on their faces.
3) Like other PocketGem games, you need to shell out a lot of real $$ to make any sort of progress. You also have to scroll through a ton of IAP items just

Basically they are just ripping of from pet hotel witch is equally terrible and awful so otherwise i hate this app. If I could I would give this app 0 stars
