Remove debit card verification for deposit. (1 star)
Why it is always ask for debit card to make deposit?

It is deposit not withdrawn money, why do you make it complicated?

Verry complicated have to look for my debit card and security question.

Unecessary authentication on check deposits (1 star)
I asked this before, and I still ask again (nicely):

Why is it necessary to enter passwords, ATM card numbers or PINS when depositing checks? This is such an unnecessary inconvenient step. It's not like someone who steals my phone will want to "maliciously" deposit a check into my account. And even if they do, go for it!! I'd rather make it easy for them to do so! Wouldn't you?? It's a no brainer!

To deposit check requires too many steps including having your ATM card in front of you and remembering secret questions and answers. You are already IN the system… why challenge you some more? And for depositing? Come on, Citibank. This is just security theater. Remove steps that are unnecessary and useless. I am using the Chase app also and it does not have all these extra steps.
