Description

Bank of the West customers you must first enroll in Mobile Banking by logging in to Online Banking and selecting the Services tab. Then, download the Mobile Banking app to manage your money from anywhere*. Check account balances, transfer money, get account alerts and find branches and ATMs close to you, all from the convenience of your iPhone or iPod touch.

To get started:

STEP ONE: Sign on to Online Banking and enroll in Mobile Banking from the Services tab.
If you are not a Bank of the West Online Banking customer, you must sign up for Online Banking first.

STEP TWO: Visit the App Store to download and install the App.

STEP THREE: Sign in to Bank of the West Mobile Banking using your Online Banking username. Make sure your Security Image and Phrase are correct before entering your password.

App says my user ID is invalid can't log in via this app!

Worst App EVER (1 star)
This is the worst app I have ever used!
I have another bank account with the Bank of Oklahoma and it works almost perfectly while this Bank of the West app seldom works.
It gets hung up while logging in, while attempting to make transactions, while making transfers and while logging out! There is not one part of it that works consistently!
On top of that there is no error control–you can't just back out and start over; it simply
