There are 10 hearts (levels) to progress through, each with a different color heart. The more you reflect on your heart activity the smaller the dichotomy becomes. A truly wonderful and practical tool to exercise your heart dichotomy back to balance.

How to Xinfa: Reflect as often as possible on every thought and every action you take. When thoughts and actions are proper rate them closer to 1 and if improper closer to 10. Proper is defined as life giving or beneficial for life. Improper is defined as harmful for life. Constant reflection improves our ability to reach hearts center; a place of constant harmony. Never view reflection as self-criticism even with grade 10. Each reflection brings you closer to center and harmony. It is a step in the right direction.
