UPS Mobile is specially designed with features that let you easily manage your shipments on the go. This App lets you track and nickname shipments, create shipping labels, find UPS service locations via GPS, and estimate shipment costs and delivery times. Tracking your packages just got easier. The app now features two new ways to enter a tracking number: scan-to-track and tracking number auto-detect.

With scan-to-track (available on the iPad 2 and 3GS, 4, and 4S iPhones), use the UPS apps barcode scanner to capture the tracking information from a shipping label or UPS InfoNotice and follow the packages progress. The auto-detect feature will look for any UPS tracking number captured on your clipboard. Just copy the number, open the app and go!

The same great features from previous versions are still available. Without logging in, you can:
– Track package and freight shipments
– Find UPS service locations via GPS
– Estimate shipment costs and delivery times

When you log-in with a My UPS ID, you can also:
– Nickname tracked shipments
– See your recent tracks from ups.com
– Create shipping labels to email, then print
– Access your ups.com address book
– Use saved shipping and payment preferences

Shipping and advanced tracking features require log in with a My UPS ID. An account number or credit card is needed in your profile to ship. Visit ups.com/gettingstarted to request your ID.

Can't paste (2 stars)
Can't paste. It needs to be fixed ASAP as it is impossible to type in the entire tracking number from scratch.
When first launched the app did sense that there was something saved in the clipboard but after that we need to have a copy/paste functionality. Otherwise it looks good.

Now I can't save tracking#'s and name them prior / in advance to shipping?! (1 star)
With your latest update you messed up! Now I can't save tracking#'s and name them prior / in advance to shipping?! It now says "Tracking information is not yet available. Please try again later" – Come on, don't you think I know I haven't dropped off the package yet! This was a simple and very useful function prior to shipping items! Why say you improve and take away basic needed functions! Please fix and put back the way it used t
