App Builder help you prototype your App on your iPhone or iPad, you can even run useful actions with the UI you designed.

You can create project and UI pages, then design UI page with UI controls provided, UI controls include:
– Button
– Text View and Text Field
– List View
– Slider
– Switch
– Table View

And you can assign Action to buttons or images, include following actions:
– Jump from page to page with animation
– Make phone call
– Toggle Flashlight
– Vibrate
– Speak Text
– Record Audio

You can also create shortcut on home screen, test the icon and touch to run, make this seems more like your final app.
