Includes a list of the most popular North American waterfowl species, including photos, audio sounds, descriptions, breeding, migration, populations and food habits.

– Sunrise/Sunset Calculator
This feature allows users to calculate the exact sunrise and sunset for any location on the planet. Use either Current Location or even future locations and/or dates to get the sunrise and sunset for your next hunting trip.

– Videos
Over 300 videos in various categories, including duck hunting tips, dog training, conservation, wild game cooking, DU TV and much more.

– Ducks Unlimited Events
Search by state to access a full list of all DU events year round. Each detailed event displays When, Where, Contacts and Event Descriptions.

– Twitter
Keep up with the latest DU news and daily tips with DUs Twitter channel, which is integrated directly in the app.

NOTICE: The DU iPhone app is 21.5 MB. To download this app, please connect your phone to Wi-Fi. You may also download the app via iTunes to your computer and then sync to your iPhone. Sunrise calculator functionality may not work on first generation iPhones. It will work on iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4. It will also work on the iPod Touch and iPad.

What’s New in version 1.3

– Reduced the overall App size to be under 20Mb so that you can now download the app via cellular.

– Corrected Sunrise/Sunset Calculator to calculate Daylight Savings Time to be correct year round based on your location (See Notes related to Daylight Savings below).

NOTE: In the United States, Daylight savings begins on the 2nd Sunday in March and ends on the 1st Sunday in November. Arizona, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands DO NOT observe Daylight Savings Time as well as other parts of the world. If you are using the App in these locations please keep this in mind. From March through November the App will display Sunrise/Sunset times that are one hour ahead. Other locations like Hawaii and American Samoa DO NOT observe Daylight Savings Time but also do not share their time zone with any other state or country and therefore will display Sunrise/Sunset correctly year round.

Sunrise calculator does not work, locks up and crashes….

Very informative. Don't mind paying the $.99 as long as it helps support DU.

Dissapointing (3 stars)
Everything works fine, but the app just freezes up about every 3 minutes. Get that fixed and I will like this app a lot better!
