What's New in Version 1.6.1

Version 1.6.1 of Loan Calculator fixes an issue with the app incorrectly starting up in Portrait mode.

Version 1.6 of Loan Calculator has a few new features and some fixes:

New Features
=============
* Extra Costs section has been enhanced.
* For 'Mortgage' loans there is now a 'Closing Costs' amount which can be 'Added to Loan' or 'Paid Upfront'.
* The Other Costs can now be applied Quarterly or Semi-Annually
* You can now add two separate 'Other' costs.
* There is a new option in 'Settings -> Amortization' which specifies whether the Extra Costs get split into monthly payments or not.

* Some UI enhancements

Fixes

* Extra Payments for Credit Card loans were not functioning properly
* Various fiddles and tunings
