Nyan cat robot here this app is not legit thre was 20 tornados in the last 24 hours in the Midwest and this app didn't show a single one of them

It keeps saying 19% rebebility or something like that and I don't even live near tornadoes I just wanted to see what's going on but the app might have some glitches possibly. I also have read and read about tornadoes and there has never been a tornado or funnel cloud or a supercell around our area but the 19% thing starred freaking me out.
