Hand-Held: Perfect for when you're on the go, maybe while traveling, when you have a quick question or want to have a short back-and-forth conversation. [*iPhone & iPod Touch Only]
Table-Top: Great for when you're sitting at a table, possibly over lunch & ready to have a more lengthy conversation.

Awesome app! (5 stars)
One step towards Star Trek's universal translator 🙂 I think the handheld mode a learning challenge 🙂 but the table top mode is great. I noticed some… inaccuracies 🙂 in Japanese and Chinese, but for version 1.1 is great :). Keep up the great work – and please keep it free!

Now that it's free, I'll stop using inferior translator apps. Had NO issues with use in first free 24 hours, but I refused to rent the translation capability.
