GoodNotes has been a lifesaver for me. It is perfect for taking notes, drawing mockups, or even just doodling. My only complaint is that it took me about a week before I found all of the features, which was mostly my fault because I did not read the user guide!

Update: GoodNotes works excellently on the new iPad with almost instantaineos results.

Great for sales people (5 stars)
I use this app on a daily basis when doing site surveys for my sign shop. The ability to import photos and write notes on the photos is such a time saver. I purchased my iPad with is specific purpose and it has performed better than I ever could have ever expected.
