Followed directions and still doesn't work (1 star)
I filled everything out like I was supposed to and requested Bloodwork results. The next day it just says unable to process. I emailed support, and I don't have an answer. We will see if I ever get one.

Useless (1 star)
Trying to find an easy way to get results for my 4 year old post transplant son… this App sounded great. I filled out pages and pages of information then completed the email confirmation then hit "Lab Results" to find out that it can't be used on anyone under 18.
App deleted. Waste of time.

Horrible (1 star)
It asks you what kind of cars you have owned or leased to verify who you are and I had never owned any of the cars so it said it was un able to process my identity. Deleted this horrible app
