CALM DOWN ALREADY! (4 stars)
I have seen some reviews proclaiming that this is NOT Millionaire. Long story short: IT IS. They changed the format in September of 2010. The version you see in this game is the version they use now on the syndicated version.

As for the game itself, the only thing that bugs me is that you are supposed to recieve $1,000 if you get a question wrong in Round 1.

I started watching Millionaire again last fall as a family bonding time, apparently right after the format changes. I like the jump the question option so much better than the old options!

If you are concerned about buying this due to bad reviews, know that all the bad reviews so far are from people who haven't watched the show in at least 5 months AND didn't bother to read the instructions before buying the 2011 game update.

This is what I've been waiting for, a new Millionaire game based on the new format. Everything is true to the show, including the graphics and music. The only thing is that in Round 1, if you answer a question incorrectly, you leave with $0 in this game. The real show gives you $1,000. Besides that, I highly recommend this for any Millionaire fan.
